Can I Confirm A Potential Varicocele With Any Tests Beyond The Sonography Report?

I have pain in the left side pelvic region just above testicle. My physician suggested sonography. I am attaching report for the reference. Though report does not conclusively say anything it says it may be vericocele. Can I confirm this by any other test?
