Hi,
Thanks for choosing HCM
All9 contains all the amino acids required to fulfill the need of mother and child during pregnancy
these amino acids help in building up of proteins
folic acid helps in preventing
neural tube defect in the fetus
calcium may interfere with absorbtion of iron ,so take them at different times...........one in the morning and one in the night(preferably iron in the night so that you may not feel
nausea the whole day)
but folic acid has no problem with both as far as i know
so you can take folic acid either with calcium or with iron
similarly All9 can also be taken in any combination
Neogest used to avoid miscarriages, do cause some fetal risk during pregnancy
but if your doctor thinks that benifits outweigh the risks
you can proceed with it
so talk to your doctor and proceed
wish you good luck
hope i answered your query
feel free to contact me for further queries
thank you
