Hello,
the only condition that could lead to termination of pregnancy
in hypertensive clients is severe pre-eclampsia or eclampsia.

For now, your blood pressure is controllable and there is no need
to worry.

However, the drugs you take matter during pregnancy. Cifran is not recommended during pregnancy and so, you should meet your
doctor and indicate that you are pregnant, so that consideration
should always be made before you are put on drugs.

You will need to be followed up routinely, and each time your Blood
pressure should as well be taken.

Best regards
Dr Achuo
