Can I Continue Swimming If Suffering From Bacterial Vaginitis?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I took 4 flagyl pills last week for I think the doctor said bacterial vaginitis, still feels funky down there, but my question is I've been going swimming everyday and still do, should I discontinue this?
