Can I Continue Taking Methadone After Taking Suboxone?

I am currently taking methandone. 20 mgs a day. I'm ready to wean myself off so i am getting ready to try subutex. i was in the process of tapering off methadone and accidentally took one of the suboxone when i thought i was taking one of the last methadone. I was wanting to do another day of methadone first. Will that one suboxone hurt me and can i still take methadone?
