Can I Continue With Paxil Taken For Anxiety While Trying To Conceive?

hello , i am 28 years old female , was dignoised with anxiety before a month , and was given Paxil 12.5 to take before sleep ,i have been taking it for a month now and am planning to get pregnant , do i need to swtich to another medication that is safer , what do u think ,,??

     one more thing i have had two miscarriages beofre and the doctor recmeneded that i should use asprin daily ,,does that contradict with paxil ??

Take any other SSRI group drugs other than paxil as it causes major cardiac abnormality if taken during 1 st trimester.
Continue ecosprin after confirming cardiac activity.
