Can I Decrease The Dosage Of Meclizine 25 Mg?

I have vertigo problems when I lay down just on my left side. Dr. gave me meclizine 25 mg. Can I just split this pill in half and take it. It makes my head feel funny.... Instead of taking it three times a day because it makes me sleepy can I take just 1/2 of the pill before going to bed at night. ?

vertigo is not a disease ,
it is a symptom of multiple diseases,
consult physician/E N T doctor/neuro physician.
you can take half tablet of meclizine,
second option is tablet stugeron 25 mg thrice a day,
take care.
