Can I Discontinue Trazadone And Clonidine For Anxiety And Take Xanax Instead While On Ambien And Wellbutrin?

I had been taking trazadone, Ambien, clonidine, at night with Wellbutrin during the day but stopped all meds cause I seen no change in bettering my depression or my anxiety. I would like to try Xanax during day and Wellbutrin and Ambien at night. What is your advice?
