Can I Do Gym As Had 3 Vials Of Blood For TH Tests?

Hi, I had three vials of blood drawn earlier today at about 2pm for Ferritin and TH tests. I want to go to the gym now and lift heavy weights, but I m wondering whether it is safe to? I also have a little red mark where the blood was drawn, is this normal? My doctor told me nothing

Hi, I had gone through your query and understood your concerns.

Sir, Little red mark is nothing of concern.
Coming to heavy weights is not good now. Give the time of 1-2 days and then you can go with your normal gymnasium work out. Mean while take fluids.

Hope this guides you. For any other queries you can write to us. we will be happy to help you. Wish you good health. Thank you.
