Can I Do Physical Activities After Removing The Ovary?

Hi, I m 16, and I ve had one ovary removed, because it had become painful and twisted. I have regular periods, and everything is normal. I engage in rigorous physical activity, including weightlifting, cross country, and track. Could this lead to anything bad?
