Can I Drink Alcohol-free Wine While Taking Metronidazole?

Hello! I would like to know if I am able to drink alcohol free wine while taking metronidazole? The wine is 0.05% alcohol. I am aware alcohol interaction with metronidazole is strictly not recommended due to the side effects but I am unsure as to whether ‘alcohol free’ is included in that since there is still tiny trace amounts of alcohol in those products. Thank you!
