dear sir salamalikum
Ramadan and diabetes is a big topic to discuss.
But I can give you some hints, usually we will advise fasting in controlled diabetes only.
As I can see your sugars are not undercontrol.
frust try to bring them undercontrol
there are latest medications available which can enable you to go for fasting.
They are janumet50/1000 can be taken during fathur and your gemer can be taken after ifthar.
I suggest you to consider using mild insulin like levimer 14 units to Controll your sugar.
never take gemer in morning during fasting,it's dangerous
