Hello,

I can understand your frustration as testicular pain is affecting your quality life. I’m really glad you asked here, but I will never give instructions for harming yourself or performing a castration as that would be dangerous and could seriously injure you. Get Burdizzo out of your head, moreover it is used on goats, calves and sheep. It is not for human use.

Your symptoms are indicative of acute testicular pain. Acute testicular pain can be an emergency. I strongly recommend you visit the nearest emergency department or call them immediately. You need urgent medical support. Get clinically examined by a urologist. Testicular pain can be causes by infection, torsion, trauma, varicocele, etc. Get required tests like ultrasound, blood/urine tests done. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis made.

You will be treated with medicines, analgesics, antibiotics, intravenous fluids, etc. You will be recommended surgery only when required. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, or thinking about self-harm, please reach out without wasting time to emergency services, or a trusted person/doctor. You don’t have to pursue dangerous, unregulated methods as it will not help rather worsen your symptoms.

Some research study data records show that recovery takes a long time after sex-change. Sex change surgery is a long, painful, monotonous journey in which some suffer a lot. Moreover, gender-affirming care normally involve mental health evaluation, hormone management, and surgical procedures performed by accredited teams. It's a long painful process.

A previous non-medical castration could complicate medical care. Do not castrate yourself. You seem to be very weary and stressed out; this is not the right time to take decisions. Take rest and after you recover, enjoy this life like a man. It is a beautiful world. You need treatment and rest. Be gentle with yourself.

A urologist can treat the cause, manage pain, and discuss safe, legal options if removal of the testes (orchiectomy) is medically indicated. That procedure must be done in a hospital by surgeons after appropriate evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
