Can I Get Hurt From Accidentally Drinking A Small Amount Of Alcohol, And Would Water, Food, And Electrolytes Help Flush It From The System?

I just accidentally sipped a little bit of a drink with alcohol in it. And I just researched how to get it out my system and it said drink water, have electrolytes, and eat food after as well. Could I get hurt even though it was just a little bit of alcohol??
