Can I Get Pregnant After Having Unprotected Sex?

I had sex with my boyfriend last night, and he came outside of me but in his hand more or less, but then he went straight back in me and i noticed afterwards that a lot of sperm came out of me hours later when i went to the toilet... can i get pregnant from the sperm being present in my vagina?

Hi,
I can understand your concern.
Yes, sperms in vagina can cause pregnancy- in case the sex was around ovulation day of the girl.( ovulation day is 14 days prior to the expected menstruation date of the girl -provided she has regular periods.)
