Can I Get Pregnant While Suffering From PCOS And Thickened Endometrium?

I am 26 years old and got married before 2 years. I had severe pain in my abdomen before and went to Gynecologist. She wanted to go for a U.S.G.-ABDOMEN & PELVIS test and results written are "Endometrium is 11 mm thickness. Both ovaries show echogenic stroma with peripheral small follicles suggestive of polycystic ovarian appearance. Bilateral polycystic ovarian appearance." I am currently 62 kgs 5 4 height. Will this disorder have impact on concieving as i am planning for pregnancy now. Please advise me.
