Can I Get Pregnant With A 19mm Sized Follicle?

i am 29, height 5.2, weight 42 kg and 6 month marries. i was on cerophene 50mg and on day 12th i have 2 follicles in my left ovary of size 19mm and 15mm, have 3 folicles in right ovary of size 19mm, 15mm and 12mm, how many chances are there for me to conceive?

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your follicular study is absolutely normal.19 mm size is normal follicle size.
One of the follicle will take part in ovulation.
Ovulation will be indicated by non visualization of dominant follicle and free fluid in POD.
You should plan unprotected intercourse within 24-48 hours of ovulation for maximum chances of fertilization.
After intercourse female should lay down in bed with folded hips and knees for 15 mins so that sperm can move inside the female genital tract easily.
