welcome to Health care magic.
1.Yes, possibilities to get pregnant are there. Pre-cum / bulbourethral fluid does contain sperms.
2. The transparent water does contain sperms, depending on the ovulation calendar you may get pregnant.
3.If you are not planning now, you can take a emergency contraception pill with in 72 hours of unprotected intercourse.
4.Do not make it as a practice, as they are only for emergency, may cause irregular cycles and difficulty in conceiving in future.
5.Recommend to have a safe protected intercourse to avoid confusions.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
