First of all...please discuss things openly with someone that you believe very much...like a relative or a friend...if immediate family members can not fulfil that role...whoever it may be ...you must have enough trust in them for this to work.
Your problem seems to be that of either a teenager or a successful person's mid life crisis. From the minimum information in your question, I don't feel you will need a professional's help but who knows, may be I am wrong!
