Can I Give Budacot 100 And Levolin When My Baby Has Had Fever And Cough For 4 Days?

Hi. I want to consult for my baby boy who is suffering from fever and cough for last 4 days.. We are giving him P 120 5 ml And just after taking this the fever disappears but after 5-6 hours later its coming back. What should i do now.? He has also cold allergies. Can we give him Budacot 100 and Levolin that is prescribed by Dr Tunisha mam last time. And he was weel till date. Pls help.
