Can I Give Carmicide To My Toddler For Stomach Pain?

Is it safe to give pediatric carmicide to 3.5 year old. If so what should be the dosage. Since last evening my baby is down with pain in belly area. Doctors have checked his blood and urine and they were normal. No bulges in stomach and we were told its likely constipation or stomach bug. Acetaminophen and ibrufoen were given together to reduce pain in the morning. Now in the night again the pain is present. Can you please suggest what can be administered
