Can I Give Combiflam To My Toddler If Fever Doesn T Reduce Within A Couple Of Hours Of Paracetamol Intake?

Hi Doctor my son 4 yrs old and 15kg, he is having fever, I given paracetamol syrup but even after one or two hours it s not reducing and went upto 102°, may I give Combiflam within one or two hours of fever not controlled by paracetamol? Is there any side effects if I give Combiflam within 1hour after paracetamol?
