Can I Give Decazor Syrup Instead Of Omnacortil For My Toddler’s Pompholyx And Hand, Foot, And Mouth Disease?

Hi my 5 yr daughter suffering from severe skin infection suddenly on feet which form pompholyx n hand foot mouth disease from last 15 days dr prescribe Amoxicillin n omnacortil syrup..i already give one one round of taxim o n one round of Amoxicillin n our pediatrician recommend decazor syrup instead of omnacortil pls update m confused????
