Can I Give Meftal-P Alongside Moxclav-DS To Reduce My Child S Fever, Which Persists Despite Antibiotics?

My sone is 7 years old, his weight is 24.7 kg and his having fever from past 5-6 days. We did dengue test by Elisa method but it was negative on 3rd day. Doctor started Moxclav DS(457mg) as antibiotics. Gave Moxclav DS at 11 pm yesterday but now at 4.25 am next morning the fever is still crossing 100. Is it recommended to give Meftal P to reduce fever along side Moxclav DS. Kindly suggest
