Can I Give Meftal P For My Child’s Persistent Fever, And What Dose Is Safe?

My son is suffering from fever from yesterday. I am already giving cefixime 100 mg and dolo 250 mg. Fever is repeating every after 4 hours . But from today evening fever is not going down from last 3 hours it’s 99.1 after dosage. My query is should I give meftal p???? If yes how much dose I should give???
