Can I Give Meftal P Or Should I Continue With Calpal To Manage My Child S Recurring Fever?

Hi doctor , my kid is 5 years old. Weight is 14 kg. Having fever from yesterday. Calpal 250 mg, 4ml was given but within few hours fever is coming again (2-3 hours). We went to doctor and he suggested ibugesic plus 4ml per 6 hours .. but high fever (102+) is coming again in 3 hours . Can we give dosage of meftal P or should we give calpal to subside fever? No diaheria No cough No vomiting COld is there We are sponging continuously to reduce fever.
