Can I Give Sinarest And Asthalin Syrup Together To My Toddler For Cold, Cough, And Mild Fever?

Hello Doctor, my 4 year old daughter is suffering from cold, cough and light fever, currently we are in Germany, but we have taken only few Indian medicines, we have only Sinarest and Asthalin, Can we give Sinarest syrup and Asthalin syrup together ?
