Can I Give Tylenol Syrup For Cough?

Hi, i have a 3 yr old daughter (48lbs) she had a really bad cough about a month and a half ago acute bronchitis docror said and they prescibed her tylenol codeine syrup 2.5 mg as needed for cough. And my question is that she has another bad cough but no other symptoms can i give the tylenol/ codeine syrup that she was prescibed maybe it can give her some relief
