Can I Give Ventorlin To Child For Chest Congestion And Cough?

Dear Dr. My 3yr Old Son is having cough for the past 2 days and little chest congestion too.He has nasal blocks as well which makes him disturbed. A week back he has just finished an antibiotic course for cold & fever and now the cough has been started. Can he be given Ventorlin 2.5 ml /day ?
