Can I Give Fresh Milk For Baby?

hi my baby is 3.7 months old & weighs 6.2kg i had been breastfeeding her all along since birth and sometimes i could give her fresh milk if am away for 2-4 hours. so i am asking if this fresh milk could affect her now that i am going back to work & i will be away for many hours, and if so what could you recommend please help!
