Can I Give Him Azithral Syrup To My Toddler For Fever And Unstable SpO2 After COVID Exposure?

My father had been tested covid positive with light fever and no smell and has been hospitalized....we all are in contact with him...we have isolated ourselves and given sample for rtpcr test...result is awaited and we do not have any symptoms yet...but today my 3 year old son has 101 fever with spo2 94,I have given him crocin...shall I give him azithral 100 syrup to be on safer side
