Can I Give Medicines For Iron Deficiency When My Son Is Having Chicken Pox ?

my 24month old son has a iron deficency and is on medicine for three months, he has caught chicken pox in the last day. is there any risks or complications i should look out for while he is on his iron medicine?

There is no complications if iron is continued during chicken pox.there is no relation with iron and chicken pox.
