Can I Give My Child Meftal-P Syrup For Fever, And What Should The Dosage Be?

My son 6.2 years old got fever from morning having headache also Given 3 doses of dolo 250 mg in 4 hrs gap .if I gv medicine temperature comes down aftr 4 to 5 hrs gap temperature is 100+. I want to know can i give meftal p 100 mg syrup If yes I want to know the dosage of meftal p 100 mg syrup
