Can I Give My Child Omnacortil Forte For Frequent Wheezing And Breathlessness?

Hi, my son is 5 yrs old and he has continuous episode of wheezing and breathlessness these days. I give him duolin and budecort nebulisation. Just wanted to know if i can give him omnacortil forte syrup. Also let me know how long i have to keep him on medication as his wheezing and breathlessness reoccures very frequently. Thanks
