Can I Give My Toddler Meftal-P For Fever After Giving Crocin Earlier?

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 3.3 years old and her weight is 12.3 kg . She has 103.4 degree f. temperature. I have given her susp.crosin 120 7ml at 3 pm. as guided by her pediatrician. But again she has high temperature 103.7. Now we are unable to connect him. Can I give susp. Meftal P ? If yes, then what is the dose ?
