hi im 22 yrs of age, i have been masturbating since 4 years now i identified that my penis became soft and nerves are visible on my penis, having fast erections, now i have stopped masturbating frequently,so would please suggest me wats the problem & to whome should i consult about the problem,can i go 4 homeopathy treatment.
