Can I Have Complete Abortion With MT Pill?

I m manjusha frm QATAR.my son is 11 months old.i m positive with card test.my last period was on 11 may.i took MTPill cipla on 18 june.i started to bleed on 23 june..is it normal..will i hav complete abortion.....what should i do now..
