my pulse was of 54 and i went to the doctor and it was 60

Found this site and did a quick look and didn't appear to be a symptom, it's more shortness of breath issues or feeling like you have cold or flu. If your doctor haven't already done so ask for a EKG and or a ultrasound to check the heart just to be on the safe side.
