Can I Take Meftal Spas For Abdominal Pain Due To Miscarriage Without Affecting The Abortion Process?

Can I have meftal spas for pain due to miscarriage. Today itself I came to know that I have miscarried. The growth is 7 wks5 days. Tomorrow I will have mifepristone and then misoprostol. So today can I have meftal for lower abdomen pain without hampering the process of abortion? Thanks in advance.
