Hi,Dear.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC. It is suggested that you should go for cesarean section because breech presentation means that the baby's position is opposite to the normal position i.e.head is upwards and leg downwards. If in such conditions you go for vaginal delivery there are great risk to your child causing trauma to head, difficulty in breathing and so many more.So its better go for a cesarean section inspite of vaginal delivery.Because your baby is very precious do not put your baby on unnecessary risk. Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.
Wishing you good health.
