Can I Join The Army With Whatever Condition I Have?

Hello I am 20yrs of age, male, no previous medical history , and I rarely visit a doctor . I am posting this out of my better judgment. I do not know exactly what it is I have but my symptoms are as follows. I have a hard time sleeping sometimes, sleep at 6am wake at 9am and feel absolutly fine and alert. But then there are days when I can sleep by 4am and dont wake till 4pm and I feel extremely tired still and have a hard time removing myself from bed. I dont know what it is I dont think its Insomina please help me I need to know if this will effect my future career.

Hi, Dear Anonymous, the problem from which you are suffering is veery common now a days. Would you mind telling me more about yourself age weight hobby's and your daily routine i.e. what work you do? and what do you do at night.
This problelm can be either due to your routine or it can underlie any pathology. Kindly answer the above questions so that i can give you a complete response

Your problem may be due to various reasons.
You are suffering from sleep cycle disturbances.
Deficiency of certain hormones may cause the problem.
Go to bed at a fixed time.
Do not watch television.
Read books before going to bed.
If your problem persists,contact a physician to regulate your sleep cycle.
