Can I Just Start My 7-day Birth Control Pill Free Week 3 Days Early?

Hi! I'm missing the last 3 birth control pills in my strip (week 3), and also just finished a course of antibiotics (penicillin 3 times a day for 5 days).
What should I do? Can I just start my 7-day pill free week 3 days early? I've been using a condom for the last 10 days at least.
