Can I Obtain An Allergy Paper For Subutex As I Cannot Use Suboxone Due To Severe Side Effects?

Hi, i have been on Subutek since August of 2011. I no loner have my paperworkn dur to my doctor passing, my last two prior doctors have wrote me the Subutek for Hepatitis C and seeing on my Casper that i ve been a patient to Subtek for so many years, could i please get an allergy paper from your office? I will pay whatever you are asking, i canno take Suboxone, the taste repulses me, but I get a major migrane and my throat closes due to the naloxone. The subutek is also a lot cheaper on me, and i a a single mother to 3 boys, barley making it.... I dont want to relapse but i wont be getting the Subutek without this paperwork, thank you, god bless you and i hope your having a great day!!
