Can I Opt For Calf Implants On My Pilio Affected Leg?

Hi , i got polio when i was 3 years old and it left me a little short and weaker left leg. Can i go for Calf Implants?? Would that help me correct my weaker leg. I am loosing self confidence and its almost impossible for me to wear attires showing my legs.
