Can I-pill Usage A Day Post Coitus Cause Change In Menstrual Bleeing?

I had unprotected sex on 11 Feb with my partner. And I took a contraceptive pill (I-pill) the very next day which was 12 Feb. And my menstrual dates were supposedly to be 14/15 Feb. And I faced that months period on 16 Feb. I missed my March months period. And I faced my period now on 8th April. My periods are coming to be bright blood red and watery. And on my very first day I even puked. Is there anything to worry about this ? Please revert back. Need to know.

Hi, I think emergency pill can lead to delayed periods in next few months due to delayed ovulation. So, it can happen. Don't worry about it. Don't take I pill frequently as it can have side effects on ovarian function. Have a protected intercourse. Hope it helps.
