Can I Rely On Prozac And Monis For Acute Body Pain And Fatigue?

i have acute body pain, specially in knees,feel exahausted and fatigued. i am 67 year old and angina patient 2 times stented 2000 & 2002. i take herbessor 90 sr 1+0+1, monis 20 1+0+1, prozac 20 1+0+0(depression & anxeity) lanzaprozol 30, loprin 75 (morning). pulse is 55-60.feel that herbessor sr 90 twice a day is too much. medication is by a consultant cardiologist. please advise.
