Can I Run With A Shoulder Pain?

If I took diclofenac 100 mg last night for shoulder pain, can I run this morning? I am a 44 year old female, I smoke and I weigh about 47 kg. I run aprox. 17 km when training and I have no medical problems other than a bit of shoulder tension when running long distances.
