Can I Safely Get A Tattoo While Taking Eliquis For A Pulmonary Embolism, Or Should I Skip A Dose Beforehand?

Hi! I had a pretty bad car accident 9 months ago and i have healed from those injuries but in the process ended up w a pulmonary embolism 7 months ago. I’ve been on 5mg Eliquis x2 daily ever since, and have had no complications since then. Can I get a tattoo? Or should I possibly not take my blood thinner that morning?
