Hello,

Since you have vitamin D and B deficiency, these alone can cause fatigue, muscle weakness, nervous system sensitivity (which can feel like palpitations). Continue your Neurobion and vitamin D supplementation as advised. Make sure you are adequately hydrated always. Avoid caffeine, energy drinks and alcohol. Go walking and do gentle stretch exercises. Take quality sleep of at least 8 hours.

Don’t stop Petril Beta suddenly. It’s often prescribed when palpitations are related to anxiety or stress. Discuss tapering with your treating doctor. A slow taper over 4–8 weeks is often comfortable and prevents withdrawal symptoms. Taper it under your treating doctor's instruction and observation. Your pulse and anxiety levels will need to be monitored during the taper.

Your withdrawal symptoms will be managed so that you are comfortable. Do not taper it by your own as you will not be able to handle the withdrawal symptoms. Correct your vitamin deficiencies and work on stress management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
