Can I Safely Take Trimethoprim Tabs 2 Wks After Ceramic Type Hip Replacement And While On Aspirin,diclofenac?

I had a hip replacement 2 weeks ago (ceramic type), I now have burning when I pass urine. I have been on aspirin 100mg 1 per day, diclofenac 25mg 1 morning and evening and I was wondering if it would be ok to take Trimethoprim tablets that were prescribed for me the last time I had a urine infection.ic
